Greatly enjoyed the place, incredibly beautiful for an overnight stay. The staff was pleasant and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Marvellous position was an added bonus. This hotel was set in a really quiet area. Food was outstanding and restaurant was absolutely stunning.

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Hartlepool. The hotel was pleasant and located in a nice quiet area. My superior twin room was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy, I also had central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. The location was magnificent and gorgeous and the staff were outstandingly friendly. Moreover, the venue was 15 minutes drive from Apollo Pavilion.
